What are the lead times?
Panels are made to order for your project, typically 3 to 8 weeks from order to delivery, arriving ready to install. We confirm the exact timeframe with your quote.
What is the minimum order?
50 panels. Ordering at project scale is what makes the wholesale price and one matched batch possible, so your run is cut together and reads as one continuous wall. Because this is real wood veneer, and no two trees are the same, expect a little natural variation in tone and grain across the same species. That is part of the character, it is what makes a real wood wall look genuinely like timber rather than a print. If you need complete consistency, our coloured finishes are identical every time, and we also offer an engineered wood finish in the Standard range, with the Premium Oiled range being real wood veneer.
What fire rating do the panels meet?
Our panels come in different fire-rating levels to suit the space. Tell us the Group number your project requires and we will spec the right panel and supply the fire documentation with your quote, for your consent and PS3.
Can it be installed over existing GIB?
Yes. Panels fix over plasterboard, masonry or battens with concealed screws or adhesive. Leave a small expansion gap, around 2 mm, at the top and bottom where the panels meet the ceiling and floor. Side to side the panels sit hard against each other, so the wall reads as one continuous run.
Can panels be cut or modified on site?
Yes. Panels cut and trim cleanly on site with a fine-tooth blade, and we can cut to height to order.
What if we run short on site?
Order enough to finish the wall in one go, and it is worth allowing a few extra panels for cuts and offcuts. Everything is made to order and not held in stock, so a top-up means waiting the full lead time again, and because this is real wood veneer a separate batch will not perfectly match panels already on the wall. Getting the quantity right up front is the safe call.
What is the warranty?
Every order is covered by our warranty, and the certificate is supplied with your documentation.
Do you deliver to the South Island and regional sites?
Yes. We deliver NZ-wide to site, including South Island and regional, and can stage deliveries to your programme.
